Directions from M5;

Exit Junction 29, keep right at the fork and follow signs for Exeter/A3015. Turn right onto Honiton Road/A3015. Continue to follow Honiton Road, go through two roundabouts. Turn left toward Sidmouth Road/B3183. Turn right onto Sidmouth Road/B3183. Continue to follow B3183 for approx. 5 minutes. At roundabout take the first exit onto Western Way/B3212. At the first traffic lights, turn right onto Barnfield Road. You will pass Northcott Theatre - Barnfield on the left, the Lotus Loft is the next building on the left, no. 25, blue door.

Directions from the A38;

Take the A30 West ramp to Okehampton/Exeter/A377. Merge onto the A30. Take the A377 ramp to Exeter/Crediton. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A377. The A377 turns slightly right and becomes Frog Street/A3015. Continue to follow A3015 for approximately 1 minute. Continue onto Magdalen Street/B3212. Continue onto Western Way/B3212 passing two pedestrian traffic lights, one before and one after a long bend, you'll come to a junction/pedestrian set of traffic lights turn left onto Barnfield Road. You will pass Northcott Theatre - Barnfield on the left, the Lotus Loft is the next building on the left, no. 25, blue door.

Directions from Exeter High Street

From Bedford Square with Barclays on your left and Russell & Bromley on your right walk through Princesshay shopping centre towards Debenhams (now closed). Keeping Debenhams on your left walk in a straight line towards the trees of Southernhay. Cross the first junction and on the right hand corner of the second junction. The Lotus Loft is on the top floor of this building, the door is on Barnfield Road, no. 25.

Parking

~ Street parking in Southernhay East and West. Metered between 8am and 6pm, maximum 1 hour weekdays Monday to Saturday 90p for half an hour, £2.80 for an hour, free after 6pm. Sundays and Bank Holidays 11am to 5pm, £4.10 for a maximum of two hours or £1.70 for an hour.

~ Weekend only Charity Car Park in Barnfield Crescent - EX1 1QT. All day parking prices range from £8 to £10 on entry depending on the charity, some charge more than others! Situated just off Barnfield Road opposite the Lotus Loft front door. Space is limited and can be full by 9.30am. The barrier is lifted by an attendant on arrival and is automatically raised via a sensor on departure. Please note; as this is a charity car park and run by volunteers we cannot guarantee it is open every weekend so please allow plenty of time to find alternative parking.

~ Magdalen Road Car Park EX2 4SU - Magdalen Road. This is a council run pay and display car park just off Western Way, it's now payable between 8am and 10pm and is a two hour minimum stay! Up to two hours £4.50, three hours £5.60, four hours £6.70, five hours £7.80, six hours £8.90, seven hours £10 up to a maximum of fourteen hours £18. This is a council run pay and display car park with two electric car charging points.  It's now payable between 8am and 10pm and is a two hour minimum stay!
